This is a plain-language summary and a placeholder. Have it reviewed before you launch publicly.

What we store

Your display name and any optional photo you choose, only for the life of the room. Finished-game results (names, roles, outcome) are kept for a limited time so you can share them.

Optional profiles

If you create a profile we store your username, display name, optional photo, a hash of your recovery code, and your game results (points, wins, roles). Your username, display name and stats appear on the public leaderboard. Your photo never does. You can delete your profile and all its stats from the Profile page at any time.

Voice

Voice is relayed live and is not recorded.

Photos

Photos are optional. You can hide everyone’s photos in Settings.

Age

PlayMafia is intended for people aged 13 and over. Players under 18 should have a parent’s permission.
